EAST's headquarters and client centre is in Cathedral Street, Norwich a few minutes' walk from the station and the city centre. We have been based here since 2004, first at the LGBT Project's office at No 10 then at No 23, our present building, which we moved into in 2011.

Norwich iCaSH (Integrated Contraception and Sexual Health) service is also located in the city centre and provides medical support to most of EAST's clients in Norwich and the surrounding countryside. It is at the foremost among a network of services, medical and non-medical, that we link with to ensure that clients who need additional help receive it promptly.

At Cathedral Street we regularly hold IAA (Information, Advice and Advocacy) sessions, peer support meetings, and complementary therapy sessions. Different projects including our recent Narratives and Gardening projects are organised from Cathedral Street and all the charity's administrative work goes on here. Clients can arrange a meeting with a client support worker at the centre with very little notice.

We mark World AIDS day every December with a service at St John's Timberhill, where we hope to catch up with friends and colleagues in the many communities and social networks that we are linked to. But there is no need to wait until then to make contact with us. At Cathedral Street we are always ready to talk to anyone who wishes to discuss their concerns about HIV or to find out more about our services.
